SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates and all GCC countries.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

United Arab Emirates: 1–3 business days
Rest of GCC: 3–6 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability, public holidays, customs clearance, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery destination and, where applicable, shipment weight.

United Arab Emirates: Flat shipping fee
Oman: Flat shipping fee
Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia: Shipping is charged based on weight. The first kilogram is charged at the initial shipping rate, and each additional kilogram is charged at 20 AED per kg.

The final shipping fee will be shown at checkout before payment.
